Admission is selective. Applicants may be accepted, declined, deferred, suspended, or removed at the sole discretion of the organisation. Submission of an application, enquiry, deposit, payment, or retainer does not guarantee acceptance.

Programme durations may include 3, 6, 9, and 12 month terms. Continuation options may be offered following review and mutual agreement.

All payments are non-refundable once educational services have commenced. Retainers, consultation fees, and programme fees reserve administrative capacity and review resources. Payment does not guarantee admission.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, professionally, and lawfully. Disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without further access.

All Ci9milly® materials, frameworks, resources, documents, systems, graphics, branding, educational content, and methodologies remain protected intellectual property. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, recording, resale, or sharing is prohibited.

Participation is entirely voluntary. Individuals remain solely responsible for their decisions, actions, risk management, financial circumstances, tax obligations, and outcomes.

Restricted environments, member areas, private systems, passphrase protected resources, and protected technology may not be accessed without authorisation.

Personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
